How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?
Open PDFee, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought Pro with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose PDFee. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Why is my PDF limited to 10 pages?
The free version makes PDFs of up to 10 pages. You can split a larger batch into several PDFs for free, or get Pro for unlimited pages.
Does PDFee upload my files?
No. Every PDF is made on your iPhone. There is no account and nothing is sent to a server.
Is PDFee free?
Yes. Make PDFs up to 10 pages and merge 2 times a week, without a watermark. Pro removes the limits.
Which files can I convert?
JPG, PNG, HEIC, screenshots, and paper documents you scan with the camera.
Can I cancel Pro?
Anytime, from your Apple ID subscription settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
